How the colour smells,
how the sound looks,
how the movement glows...
Pauli Holska. Sharing her passions, she follows the path of teaching and exploring somatic practices throughout last 13 years. She works with her own method, 7 animals dance, a technique which is a tool for broadening sensitive and synesthetic qualities of movement, voice and image. In her practice, Pauli integrates breathing techniques, qigong, intuitive dance, contact improvisation, tango, elements of martial arts and work with the voice.
She uses diverse passions and experiences, sharing her holistic, both intuitive and technical, scientific and organic approach to the relation breath-movement-image-body-voice.
She is fascinated with the essence of each technique. She loves to touch the depth of each action, which lies in the roots and the bacic principles. The cultivation of those princples brings health, vitality and deep artistic values.
Her interest focuses on conscious interwining of archetypical, shamanic and spiritual aspects of life with pure technical movement development.
